Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association deserves to be the leading branch of the Provincial Business Association.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 11, in Vinh City, the first Congress of Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs for the 2018 - 2023 term took place. Attending the event were comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, branches, Vinh City People's Committee, along with 700 typical female entrepreneurs and businesses in Vinh City.
On March 20, 2018, the Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 971 to allow the establishment of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Business Association. Immediately after its establishment, the Association held a congress to establish grassroots branches and the Vinh City Women's Business Association Congress for the 2018-2023 term.
Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association operates under the charter, regulations and rules of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Ms. Tran Thi Khanh Toan - Chairman of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association acknowledged the efforts of the Organizing Committee and relevant levels in supporting and creating favorable conditions to prepare well for the organization of the congress.
The establishment of the Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association is a place to gather and unite female members who are entrepreneurs in various industries, to share, connect and strive to be the leading association for the development of members, production and business activities, contributing to improving the capacity of each enterprise led by women; striving for the development and equality of women in the period of economic integration and development, actively participating in social security activities... Thereby, contributing to affirming the role of female entrepreneurs in the business community and in the cause of economic and social development in Vinh City.

At the congress, the decision to establish the Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association was announced and presented; the objectives, tasks and solutions for the 2018-2023 term as well as the Association's operating regulations were discussed and agreed upon to successfully carry out the tasks set out in the resolution.
The goals and solutions for the 2018-2023 term of the Association are: Annually, increase the membership rate by 20-30%; create conditions to help 20-50 women start a business; 100% of members are informed of the Party and State's legal policies on economic development; ...
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association for the 2018-2023 term. Ms. Le Thi Kim Lien was elected as President of the Vinh City Women Entrepreneurs Association.
