Provincial Police Women's Association hands over gratitude houses to members

Women's Union and Nghe An Police Trade Union presented donations to support the construction of a house of gratitude for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tham.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tham, born in 1983, works as a caregiver at the Logistics - Technical Department. She is a contract worker with an indefinite term, so her income is low. Ms. Tham herself is a single mother raising a young daughter, living with her elderly parents in a dilapidated level 4 house. Her mother is a 4/4 war invalid and is often sick.

To help Ms. Tham stabilize her life, the Women's Union and the Provincial Police Trade Union organized a campaign for female union members and union members to donate and proposed to the leaders of the Provincial Police, the Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee, and leaders of the Technical Logistics Department to support Ms. Tham in building a level 4 house with an area of ​​60 square meters. The house was started and completed within 2 months, with a total construction cost of more than 200 million VND, of which 141 million VND was from support funds. The Women's Union and the Nghe An Police Trade Union handed over the house of gratitude to Ms. Tham for use, contributing to encouraging Ms. Tham to work with peace of mind and complete her assigned tasks well.
