Today, July 13, the 7th Session of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council discussed in the hall and organized a question and answer session.

In the morning, the Provincial People's Council will listen to the Heads of the 4 Discussion Groups present a summary of the discussion opinions at the Groups taking place on the afternoon of July 13. Next, the Session will hold a discussion in the hall.

On the same afternoon, the 18th Provincial People's Council will hold a question and answer session. Accordingly, at the beginning of the session, the Provincial People's Council will listen to a representative of the Provincial People's Committee summarize the results of the implementation of the Notice of Conclusion of the Questioning at the 4th Session for the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on State management of the mineral sector in the province and the Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the implementation of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the work of job creation for employees in Nghe An province due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This is a new feature in the agenda of the Provincial People's Council session, demonstrating the attitude and responsibility of the Provincial People's Council in going to the end of the supervised issue, ensuring more effective implementation of conclusions.

Next, the session will question two contents: Results of the implementation of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government on the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and social security work; work of establishing and managing construction planning and construction order.

At the question and answer session, the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Construction will directly answer questions from the delegates of the Provincial People's Council. In addition, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee in charge of sectors and fields; Directors of departments, heads of agencies, units, Chairmen of People's Committees of relevant districts, cities and towns will also participate in answering questions when necessary to explain and clarify the contents that the delegates of the Provincial People's Council are interested in.

After the questioning session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will issue a Notice of Conclusion for the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and sectors to implement and for the agencies of the Provincial People's Council, the Delegation Group, Provincial People's Council delegates as well as voters to supervise the implementation.
