According to statistics, in Ky Son there are 31,246 voters; Tuong Duong 5,082 voters; Que Phong 3,943 voters; Con Cuong 2,425 voters in the early voting area. These voters will vote early at 207 polling stations, accounting for 6.05% of the total number of voting areas in the province.

Specifically as follows: Ky Son district has 156 early voting areas in 16 communes: Muong Ai; Muong Tip; Tay Son; Nam Can; Ta Ca; Bao Nam; Na Ngoi; Keng Du; Bac Ly; My Ly; Dooc May; Muong Long; Huu Kiem; Na Loi; Huoi Tu; Huu Lap. Tuong Duong district has 30 early voting areas in 4 communes: Huu Khuong; Nhon Mai; Mai Son; Luong Minh. Con Cuong district has 11 early voting areas in 4 communes: Mon Son; Chau Khe; Cam Lam; Thach Ngan. Que Phong district has 10 early voting areas in 5 communes: Tien Phong; Tri Le; Cam Muon; Muong Noc; Nam Nhoong.
