This result affirms the efforts, persistent leadership and direction with many lessons learned, focusing on promoting the role of the people from the Party Committees and authorities at all levels in Hung Nguyen district.
Returning to Hung Nguyen district in the last days of 2024, we felt the joy and excitement of the cadres and people when the results of their efforts and efforts created by will have created a completely new rural appearance; the Prime Minister issued a decision to recognize the district as a new rural district in 2023.

The fields are now planned into large fields producing high-quality rice varieties, applying complete mechanization from land preparation to harvesting, linking with businesses to consume products; combining family farms, ranches, service businesses and many workers participating in labor export. Identifying new rural construction as a major program, creating a comprehensive shift in all areas of socio-economics, national defense - security, and political system building; the entire political system from the district to the grassroots in Hung Nguyen has persistently led and directed decisively, systematically and flexibly.

In addition to the responsibility of the Steering Committee for building a new rural district; Hung Nguyen District Party Committee assigned each member of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to be in charge of directing and closely following the grassroots to resolve difficulties and problems in each criterion, task, and specific area; issued Directives to focus on leadership and direction from the district to the grassroots for the goal of achieving a new rural district.

The district People's Committee issues an annual plan for new rural construction, clearly defining the goals, requirements, and specific tasks for each department, branch at the district level and each commune and town; conducts monthly and quarterly reviews, inspections, and remedial measures to ensure that they are close to reality, especially to remove difficulties and obstacles. For example, for the most difficult area of the district such as Hung Yen Nam commune, in addition to mobilizing and strengthening 2 cadres who are heads and deputy heads of district-level branches to take charge in the commune; Hung Nguyen district also assigns responsibilities to specialized departments, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at the district level based on their functions, tasks, and strengths to join the commune in implementing each criterion.
In addition to the mechanisms and policies of the Central Government, the province; districts and communes all have mechanisms and policies to support localities in building welfare projects that require large investment sources, such as inter-commune traffic axes, schools, medical stations, etc.
