The reports at the conference and the discussions at the connecting points clearly affirmed: In 2021, the pandemicCovid-19The outbreak has had many impacts on social life, but the Fatherland Front at all levels has been flexible, creative and focused in implementing many key tasks; promoting the spirit of solidarity, overcoming all difficulties, and striving efforts of all classes of people, the business community, and the work of the Fatherland Front from the central to local levels, especially in residential areas, villages, and residential groups, has achieved many important and comprehensive results.

First of all, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels participated in the preparation work to contribute to the success of the 13th National Congress of the Party, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party; participated in the successful organization of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2025 term.

Vietnam Fatherland FrontVietnam at all levels has also proactively and actively participated in promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, promoting the spirit of "mutual love and mutual assistance" of the nation, contributing together with the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to prevent and fight the Covid-19 pandemic.

Of which, social mobilization work, donations to support disease prevention and control resources of more than 21,800 billion VND and support vulnerable groups affected by the epidemic with a total of nearly 4 million gifts.

Along with that, the Fatherland Front at all levels has also carried out many activities to participate in Party and State building, to participate in perfecting mechanisms and policies, to supervise and provide social criticism; and to continue to perform well its role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

In 2021, the Central level organized 11 supervisions and 3 criticisms; the Fatherland Front at 3 levels organized 103,480 supervisions and 18,588 criticisms.

In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, organizing the festivalGreat national unitywith creative, meaningful, appropriate and influential forms, contributing to strengthening the close ties between the Party, the government and the people.

The Fatherland Front and its member organizations at all levels actively mobilize people to unite and join hands to buildnew rural areas, civilized urban areas, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, national defense and security in each locality.

Nationwide, there are 5,392 commune-level units and 211 district-level units achieving NTM; 490 communes achieving advanced NTM and 42 communes achieving model NTM.

Focus on implementing the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels

Entering 2022, comrade Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front emphasized and requested the Fatherland Front at all levels to closely follow the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the important direction of comrade General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations to implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress, and implement the entire term program approved by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the 2nd Session.

The focus is that the Fatherland Front at all levels continues to propagate and mobilize people of all walks of life to implement the direction of the Politburo, the Resolution of the National Assembly, the Resolution, Decision, and direction of the Government and the Prime Minister on safe and flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 pandemic; and promote the emulation movement to restore and develop the economy.

The Fatherland Front at all levels continues to improve the quality of emulation movements and campaigns, focusing on the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; the emulation movement "Creative solidarity"; advocacy work to support the poor, social security, relief work...

The Fatherland Front at all levels needs to continue to consider improving the substance of social supervision and criticism work, in conjunction with the implementation of the 4th Central Resolution (term XI, XII), the Conclusion of the 4th Central Conference of the 13th term No. 21-KL/TW...; diversifying the ways of listening to and grasping the people's situation and promptly gathering and synthesizing the opinions and recommendations of voters and people to reflect to the Party and State at all levels for resolution.

The Fatherland Front at all levels shall further strengthen coordination and unification of actions with socio-political organizations and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, to create a combined strength of the Front system from the Central to the grassroots level./.
