Thanh Chuong district donated 400 million VND to support flood victims in Cao Bang city.
On the morning of September 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Chuong district directly donated 400 million VND to support Cao Bang city to overcome the consequences of flooding after storm No. 3.
The total amount of money and necessities that the Thanh Chuong District Fatherland Front Committee gave to Cao Bang city included 300 million VND in cash and 100 million VND in essential necessities.

Receiving and accepting the hearts of the people of Thanh Chuong district, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of Cao Bang City Party Committee expressed his sincere thanks to the cadres and people of Thanh Chuong district for sharing and supporting the people of the city to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

It is known that right after storm No. 3, many villages and residential areas of Thanh Chuong district gathered to wrap over 15,000 banh chung and donate many necessities to the provincial Fatherland Front to send to the northern provinces.
Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, agencies, units, communes, towns and philanthropists in the district have also donated over 2 billion VND, organized many volunteer groups to the most severely damaged areas in Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces to promptly provide relief and help to people in flooded areas.
