(Baonghean.vn) - The plan to rearrange commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province for the period 2019 - 2021 has been approved by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and unanimously approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Official Dispatch No. 3407/BNV-CQDP dated July 26, 2019.
