Results of the vote of confidence for positions elected by the People's Council of Nghe An province
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 11, the 8th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016-2021, conducted a vote of confidence for 29 positions elected by the Provincial People's Council.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and 2 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council: Cao Thi Hien, Hoang Viet Duong chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; National Assembly delegates of the province; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches, and districts, cities, and towns.
Before conducting the procedures for taking a vote of confidence, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized: This is a particularly important supervision content, demonstrating the recognition and evaluation of the Provincial People's Council for the efforts and attempts in carrying out the assigned political tasks since the beginning of the term until now of the person being taken for a vote of confidence.
Based on listening to voters' opinions and recommendations and through their supervisory activities, each provincial People's Council delegate needs to conduct the assessment with a sense of responsibility, democracy and objectivity.
Next, on behalf of the meeting chair, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien read the draft report on the list of people to be voted on at the 8th session of the Provincial People's Council to seek opinions from the Provincial People's Council delegates. Accordingly, the list of people to be voted on this term includes 29 people.

Based on the voting results, the Provincial People's Council voted to pass a Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016-2021..

1. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
