Opening and launching of the program 'Learning to be a Police Officer' in 2024
On the morning of July 15, Nghe An Provincial Police held the opening ceremony and launched the program "Learning to be a Police Officer" in 2024.
Attending the ceremony were: Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, representatives of leaders of units, organizations and a large number of teenagers and children participating in the course.

The program “Learning to be a Police Officer” organized by Nghe An Provincial Police in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union aims to bring teenagers and children in the province a useful and meaningful summer activity course. The program focuses on educating the history and glorious traditions of the nation and the People's Police force; equipping students with knowledge of the law, training their will, solidarity, sharing and responsibility towards themselves, their families and society.

Participating in the program, the "young soldiers" will be planned in detail by the Organizing Committee, carefully prepared in ensuring safety, accommodation conditions; educated in knowledge, trained in discipline, style, and bravery with topics such as training in internal regulations, regulations of the People's Public Security force; learning about the Law on Traffic Safety, equipped with knowledge and how to handle situations regarding fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue skills...
Children are also trained in safe swimming skills, propaganda, dissemination of legal education on drugs disguised as electronic cigarettes, prevention of school violence and supplementary activities such as visiting historical sites, writing diaries, writing letters to relatives, participating in social activities, games, physical activities, sports...

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police emphasized: Experiencing the summer in the police environment, wearing the typical green uniform, the children will have the opportunity to exchange, learn, and practice the will and determination of the police officers, helping them to be more confident, proactive, safe and develop healthily. At the same time, the program also contributes to building and spreading the beautiful image of the People's Police force.

The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department suggested that the organization process must be flexible, suitable to the weather and health of the students; ensuring absolute safety for the students is the most important priority, striving to excellently complete the set goals and tasks.
For lecturers, it is necessary to carefully prepare and convey the most basic, core and easy-to-understand content in lectures so that children and teenagers can easily absorb, grasp knowledge and practice well.
The Deputy Director also hopes that the "young soldiers" will be serious, try to participate fully in activities and lessons to acquire necessary knowledge and have a sense of solidarity, strict discipline, and fully comply with the instructions of teachers and police officers. /.
