Opening of training course on mass mobilization work

In recent times, mass mobilization work in Nghe An has been innovated in both content and leadership methods, contributing to creating consensus in society.

Many economic development policies and strategies have been proposed correctly and promptly to ensure social security, eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and improve people's material and spiritual life.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized that the Party always identifies mass mobilization work as a task of strategic significance for the country's revolutionary cause. Moreover, "skillful mass mobilization" is an important condition to ensure the Party's leadership, consolidate and strengthen the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party, the State and the people.

In order for mass mobilization work to continue to develop, have profound impacts, and bring about practical results, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations such as: the ability to grasp the people's situation and forecast problems arising from the grassroots is still weak; the quality of activities of mass mobilization groups and teams in some places is not high; the mass mobilization work of state agencies in some places has not received due attention.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son hopes that, through the professional training course, each Party committee, Party organization, government, department, branch, and organization will be equipped with important and necessary knowledge and skills;thereby, having a deeper and more complete understanding of the position, role and importance of mass mobilization workin the new situation.

The training course lasted for 1.5 days. Comrade Nguyen The Trung - Member of the Central Theoretical Council directly taught the topics: Party's mass mobilization work; government mass mobilization work and implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations.
