Opening of the preparatory session of the Ky Son District Party Congress, term 2020-2025
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 30, the Ky Son District Party Committee held a preparatory session for the 23rd District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

Attending the preparatory session were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Ho Le Ngoc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Vi Hoe - Secretary of the Ky Son District Party Committee and 228 delegates representing more than 5,600 party members of the entire Party Committee.
During the preparatory session, the Congress elected a Presidium of 9 members, a Secretariat of 2 members, and a Delegate Qualifications Review Committee. At the Congress, delegates voted to approve the Congress agenda. The Congress also approved the Congress rules and regulations; and disseminated a number of points on election regulations within the Party.

The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress and the documents of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
The Congress of the Party Committee of Ky Son district, term 2020-2025 took place with the theme "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party; Expanding mechanisms, attracting investment, developing the economy in the direction of agriculture - forestry - services; shifting the structure of crops and livestock towards concentration, developing garden economy, farm economy; improving the quality of health care and education; preserving and promoting traditional cultural values of ethnic groups; striving to have no more hungry households, rapidly reducing poor households; maintaining national defense and security; building a strong political system".

The 23rd Congress of the Party Committee of Ky Son district, term 2020 - 2025 took place on July 30 and 31, 2020 with important contents: Approval of the Political Report submitted to the Congress; Review report of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee for the term 2015 - 2020; election of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee for the 23rd term, term 2020 - 2025; election of the delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
