In parallel with the work to fix the landslide and mobilize high-capacity machinery to break rocks, the Department has organized traffic diversion, guiding vehicles to move to Quynh Xuan intersection (Hoang Mai town), follow National Highway 48E through Quynh Tan, Quynh Thang, Tan Thang communes (in Quynh Luu district) and then continue to join National Highway 48D, because National Highway 48B is currently also flooded in Quynh My commune (Quynh Luu).
According to Mr. Su, the construction units are urgently clearing the rocks and trying to open a temporary path for vehicles to pass through tonight. After that, they will continue to clear the remaining rocks and construct a slope to handle the landslide on the mountain.
