Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on September 12, at Kim Son town, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station coordinated with the Drug Crime Prevention and Control Department - Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command and the Drug Crime Prevention and Control Team - Nghe An Provincial Customs Department; Traffic Police Team 148 - PC 16 Department of Nghe An Provincial Police discovered and arrested Lu Van Muoi, residing in Lam village, Tri Le commune, who was transporting 2,400 synthetic drug pills and 12 packages of potylene.

Through investigation, the subject confessed to buying it from a Laotian Mong man for 35 million VND.
