Groundbreaking ceremony for house construction for the family of Military Hero Tran Van Tri
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 10, the Nghe An Border Guard Command coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Phuc Thanh commune (Yen Thanh) to organize a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for the family of the Hero of the People's Armed Forces - Colonel Tran Van Tri, former Commander of the Nghe An Border Guard.

In the cause of protecting the sovereignty and security of the Fatherland's borders, Hero of the People's Armed Forces - Colonel Tran Van Tri has made many contributions to the cause of protecting the sovereignty and security of the borders and building the Border Guard force, actively contributing to the socio-economic development and strengthening the national defense of the province.
Currently, Colonel Tran Van Tri has passed away, leaving only his wife, who is over 86 years old, living in a house that has been built for many years and is in a state of disrepair. In order to encourage and share the difficulties and hardships of Colonel Tran Van Tri's family, Nghe An Border Guard has mobilized Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Corporation to support 60 million VND to build a comrade house for the family.

On this occasion, the Liaison Committee of the Nghe An Border Guard Veterans Association and the local Party Committee and government of Phuc Thanh commune also supported part of the funding to contribute to building a house and giving gifts to the family of Colonel Tran Van Tri.
