Penalties for operating an aircraft in violation of aviation regulations

Article 283,The Penal Code 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2017) stipulates:Crime of operating an aircraft in violation of aviation regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as follows:
1. Any person who operates an aircraft into or out of Vietnam in violation of the aviation regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, if not falling under the cases specified in Articles 110 and 111 of this Code, shall be subject to a fine of from VND 100,000,000 to VND 300,000,000 or imprisonment from 03 months to 03 years.
2. Committing a crime causing serious consequences shall be subject to a fine of from VND 300,000,000 to VND 1,000,000,000 or imprisonment from 02 to 07 years.
3. Committing a crime causing very serious or especially serious consequences shall be subject to a fine of from VND 1,000,000,000 to VND 3,000,000,000 or imprisonment from 05 years to 12 years.
