Encourage the development of cooperation and production linkage associated with agricultural product consumption.

(Baonghean.vn) - Voters of Yen Thanh district proposed that the province have preferential policies for localities that mainly produce rice like Yen Thanh to promote agricultural development, apply scientific and technological advances to production, and consume people's products in the direction of commodity production.

Regarding this issue, the relevant authorities responded as follows:

Promoting the development of agricultural production, applying scientific and technological advances to production, and consuming people's products have received great attention from the Government and central ministries and branches. The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 62/2013/QD-TTg dated October 25, 2013 on policies to encourage the development of cooperation and linkage in production associated with agricultural product consumption, and the construction of large fields; the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 29, 2014 on guiding the implementation of a number of articles in Decision No. 62/2013/QD-TTg; the Ministry of Finance issued Official Dispatch No. 2103/BTC-NSNN dated February 10, 2015 on guiding the implementation of Decision No. 62/2013/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

Based on the above regulations, in 2015, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 288/QD-UBND dated January 20, 2015 on promulgating criteria for large fields in Nghe An province.

Currently, the Provincial People's Committee is assigning the relevant departments to advise the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution regulating the level of support for implementing policies to encourage the development of cooperation, production linkage associated with agricultural product consumption, and the construction of large fields according to Decision No. 62/2013/QD-TTg dated October 25, 2013 of the Prime Minister in Nghe An province, expected to be approved by the Provincial People's Council by the end of 2016.

After the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee will issue a decision to implement the above policy./.
