Auditing the issuance, management and use of government bond capital in Nghe An in 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 22 at the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the State Audit led by comrade Tran Khanh Hoa, Deputy Chief Auditor of State Audit Sector II, announced the Decision to audit the Specialized Topic of issuance, management and use of government bond capital in Nghe An in 2015.

Regarding the audit content, the focus is on auditing the compliance with regulations on issuance, management and use of government bond capital in 2015 at a number of units in Nghe An for a period of 60 days. The audit objective is to determine the accuracy and honesty of data on issuance, management and use of government bond capital; Evaluate compliance with laws, policies and regimes on financial management, accounting, construction investment and documents on issuance, management and use of government bond capital in the province.

Through auditing, detect shortcomings and inadequacies in mechanisms and policies to make recommendations to the Government and relevant agencies for timely amendments and supplements. In addition, promptly detect acts of corruption, loss, waste and violations in the issuance, management and use of bond capital, as well as clearly identify collective and individual responsibilities to make recommendations for handling in accordance with the law.
