The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the working delegation inspected the Dien Thanh sluice. This is a project in the Northern Nghe An irrigation system. The sluice has the task of draining and reducing flooding for 15,000 hectares of low-lying areas of Yen Thanh and Dien Chau communes (old) in the rainy season, as well as preventing salinity and keeping fresh water in the dry season.
