Specifically, voter Phung Ngoc Hung (Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town) reported that Vinh - Cua Lo avenue has a 150m marker, but the People's Committee of Cua Lo town announced a planning range of 300m, leading to people not being able to build houses and affecting many activities.

Reflecting on the land issue, voter Pham Duc The (Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district) raised the issue of the Thanh Chuong district People's Committee issuing land certificates that overlapped the area between households in Vo Liet and Thanh Ha communes; although people have submitted petitions, they have not been resolved to date.

Also related to land, voter Nguyen Ba Ha (Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district) reported that his family and 12 households had to relocate to resettle for the project. However, the households currently do not agree with the resettlement location chosen by the Nam Dan District People's Committee, because this is a deep pond area, making it difficult to build houses. Therefore, the voters requested the Provincial People's Council to consult with the District People's Committee to choose a new location for the households.

Meanwhile, voter Vo Hong Loi (Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city) said that the progress of granting and exchanging land use right certificates for households from Nghi Loc district to the city is still very slow, greatly affecting the rights of the people. Voter Loi requested that all levels and sectors should direct the removal of obstacles to speed up this work.

Reflecting on the environment, voter Truong Thi Tan (Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district) said that the activities of Vissai Nghe An 12/9 Cement Factory are causing environmental pollution, although people have reflected and petitioned the competent authorities many times but the problem has not been completely resolved.

Regarding traffic safety, voter Phan Thuy Canh (Do Luong district) is worried about the unsafe traffic situation at the head of the Ba Ra bridge in Do Luong district because the houses near the head of the bridge block the view and in fact, many accidents have occurred here. Voter Canh recommends that the Department of Transport research to overcome the above situation, avoiding "knowing but leaving it there".

Affirming that the opinions, recommendations and reflections of voters sent to the session will be fully synthesized and accepted by the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Viet Duong emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will consider and forward them to competent agencies for resolution and response to voters.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to receive, seriously resolve, and respond to voters.
