Ky Son (Tan Ky) achieved new rural standards in 2017

(Baonghean) - Ky Son Commune (Tan Ky) is the only commune in Tan Ky to reach the NTM finish line in 2017.

Ky Son Commune has mobilized resources to build infrastructure, typically mobilizing people to donate thousands of square meters of land, participating in nearly 1,700 working days; contributing cash to build 6.5km of rural concrete roads in 9 hamlets, grading 23.9km of village roads, creating favorable conditions for people to travel, promoting socio-economic development in the area.

At the same time, build, repair and upgrade village cultural houses, upgrade and complete school infrastructure, commune health stations... The total budget mobilized by Ky Son commune to build new rural areas is more than 301 billion VND, of which the people's internal resources contribute more than 213.3 billion VND.

With great efforts, Ky Son commune has achieved 19/19 criteria and has been recognized by the Provincial New Rural Area Appraisal Council as meeting new rural standards. This is the only locality in Tan Ky district to reach the new rural area goal in 2017.
