Doctors and nurses from the departments coordinated to drain the pleural effusion for the patient, treat antibiotics according to the antibiotic chart, continuous blood filtration, tracheostomy, invasive artificial ventilation, and intravenous nutrition. At the same time, a comprehensive care plan was made for the patient, such as: haircut, shampoo, oral hygiene, changing position to prevent ulcers, percussion and vibration for respiratory drainage, etc. Thanks to the active coordination of the interdisciplinary department, with active support, Thanks to the close monitoring of the patient by doctors and nurses to intervene promptly, the patient overcame the critical condition and made a miraculous recovery.

After 2 months of dedicated treatment and care, from a critical condition, Mr. Thu gradually regained consciousness, was taken off the ventilator, could communicate, breathe normally on his own, and was discharged from the hospital to return home with his family.

Witnessing the journey of the hospital's doctors and nurses to miraculously revive his father from a serious illness, Mr. Doan Thanh Hai - Mr. Thu's son was extremely moved: "My relatives and I have taken care of my father and have visited several hospitals, but we have never seen a department with medical staff and doctors as dedicated as this emergency department.
