Present on National Highway 1A through Quynh Van commune, districtQuynh Luuand Quynh Xuan commune, Hoang Mai town, it is easy to see a series of construction material storage yards (stone, sand), and brick manufacturing facilities brazenly occupying the roadway and sidewalks to store goods. Some gravel storage yards spill out onto the roadway, and the sidewalks along National Highway 1A are piled high with bricks.
During the construction season like now, a series of dashboard assembly facilities are running at full capacity, creating noise from machinery and dust when passing through this National Highway 1A.

The most dangerous part at present is along National Highway 1A, passing through Hamlet 10, Quynh Thach Commune, where large wood factories gather and operate right next to National Highway 1, causing the risk of traffic accidents. According to observations of a facility in this area, during the process of transporting wood to the factory, the wood forklift went in the opposite direction of the National Highway, the logs were over 3-4 meters long and occupied the entire roadway. Vehicles passing through here were extremely indignant at the behavior of the wood forklift transporting in a "reckless" manner.

Next door is another timber facility, which has parked a large crane right on the side of National Highway 1A to load and unload timber (although the inside of the timber yard is still empty). The timber crane has also been extended with four legs, occupying the entire National Highway 1A roadway, blocking the view of other vehicles.
Although the development of clamshell production and wood trading has created jobs for many local workers, contributing significantly to the local economic growth. However, besides the economic benefits, there are many consequences. As the above basisAll of them occupy land, destroy traffic infrastructure such as drainage ditches along the route, covers, and road markers to store goods, causing traffic obstruction and the risk of traffic accidents is always latent.

Therefore, the locality needs to conduct inspections and thoroughly handle violations to restore order in traffic safety corridors, roads, sidewalks, and prevent traffic congestion. For dashboard businesses and wood workshops, there needs to be a planning solution to relocate to a safe place.
