For the first time, Vinh University organizes Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day
(Baonghean.vn) - This is an opportunity to honor readers, creators, publishers, printers, distributors, libraries, book keepers, collectors, promoters and organizations and individuals who have contributed to the development of reading culture in the community.
Afternoon of April 21,Vinh University coordinated with the Political Department of Military Region 4 to organize a rally to celebrate Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2022.

2022 is the first year that Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day is officially implemented nationwide to affirm the position, role and importance of books in improving knowledge, skills, developing thinking, educating and training human personality.
At the same time, encourage and develop the reading movement in the community, create a favorable reading environment; form reading habits in families, schools, agencies and organizations, contributing to building a learning society.

Thereby, to enhance the responsibility of all levels, sectors, functional agencies and social organizations for building and developing Vietnamese reading culture.
At the welcome rallyBook DayandReading cultureVietnam 2022, Vinh University leaders once again affirmed the important role of books.
Book Day is also an opportunity to convey the message of developing a reading culture to aim for true artistic values, contributing to preserving and developing national culture, and absorbing the quintessence of world culture.

This will also prevent and limit the negative impact of books, newspapers, and hybrid, toxic products; contributing to the formation of a system of cultural values and standards of Vietnamese people today.
Previously, from 2014 to present, Vietnam Book Day has beenVinh Universityand the faculties, institutes, and schools under the organization organize in many rich, diverse, practical, and effective forms, helping cadres, students, and pupils to access books, form the habit of reading, create an important foundation for self-study and lifelong learning of each person, so that Vietnam Book Day can truly come to life.

In 2022, Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day will be held for the first time with activities such as book exhibitions and introductions at Vinh University Library and the school's second campus, and giving books to students in difficult circumstances.
