Leaders of Xay Cham Phon district, Bolikhamxay province wish a happy new year to Con Cuong district, Anh Son

At the meeting, leaders of Xay Cham Phon district sent New Year greetings and traditional New Year wishes to the Party Committee, government and people of Con Cuong district; thanked the people of Con Cuong for their affection for Xay Cham Phon people in the past time, and wished to further foster the affection between the two districts.

In response to the sentiments of the Xay Cham Phon district people's government, the leaders of Con Cuong district acknowledged the sentiments that the people and the Xay Cham Pon district government have for Con Cuong district and hoped that in the coming time, the two sides will strengthen the friendly and united relationship, jointly develop the economy, and maintain security and order in the border area.

The leaders of Con Cuong district also expressed their hope that in the coming time, the two district authorities will continue to support each other, fostering the everlasting friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.

At the reception, comrade Nguyen Huu Sang reported on some socio-economic and national defense achievements that the cadres and people of Anh Son district had achieved in 2018 and the coordination between the two districts in protecting border security, and the preparation for Tet and Spring of the people in the district. At the same time, he sincerely thanked the precious sentiments that the government and people of Xay Cham Phon district had for the Party Committee and people of Anh Son district on the occasion of preparing to welcome the traditional Tet Ky Hoi 2019.
