At the courtesy visit, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command and the Public Security Boards of the three provinces of Hua Phan, Xieng Khouang and Bolikhamxay expressed their joy at being warmly welcomed by the leaders of Nghe An province.

On behalf of the delegation of 3 provinces, Colonel BunXu XayLaXi - Commander of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province announced the results.talk, signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen border protection and crime prevention coordination between the three provinces of Hua Phan, Xieng Khouang and Bolikhamxay with the Nghe An Border Guard Command.

Accordingly, in the past time, the border situation between Nghe An province and the three provinces of Hua Phan, Xieng Khouang, and Bolikhamxay has been well ensured. The forces between Nghe An province and the three border provinces have coordinated to patrol, control, and effectively prevent violations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Nghe An province has helped the three provinces effectively prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic. In the coming time, the armed forces of the three provinces will coordinate with the armed forces of Nghe An province to do a good job of border protection, ensuring a peaceful and friendly border.

Over the years, the cooperative relationship between Nghe An province and the three provinces of Hua Phan, Xieng Khouang and Bolikhamxay has always been of interest to the provinces, preserving and developing in all fields. The functional forces of the two sides regularly coordinate to propagate and mobilize people on both sides of the border to participate in protecting the border and border markers; combat and prevent all types of crimes; and create conditions for the provinces to develop their socio-economy.

In the coming time, to consolidate and strengthen the special friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos in general, Nghe An province and the three provinces of Hua Phan, Xieng Khouang, and Bolikhamxay in particular, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long expressed his hope that the provinces will continue to organize management and firmly protect national border security and sovereignty, the safety of the national border marker system in the field; closely coordinate in immigration management.
