“To avoid large gatherings, we changed the working hours, dividing workers into 2 groups entering the workshop. The first group entered 15 minutes before the second group. Meal times were also divided into 2 batches. In addition, all customers coming to work at the company had to have their temperature taken and disinfected. As for workers and laborers, due to the large number of them, we arranged for each workshop to have 1 medical staff to take their temperature, instruct workers to wash their hands with sanitizer, and wear masks before entering work. In this way, 100% of the company's workers and laborers had their temperature checked, wore masks, and disinfected,” added Ms. Ngoc Quynh, the officer in charge of Safety and Hygiene.
