Nghe An's 10th grade benchmark score announcement schedule

This year, Nghe An province had more than 44,000 candidates participating in the 10th grade entrance exam. From June 15, 2024, the Department of Education and Training announced the 10th grade entrance exam scores and the Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.

Currently, the Department of Education and Training has announced the admission scores for Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and will continue to approve additional admissions if there are quotas.

According to the schedule, on July 4, 2024, the Department will approve enrollment in the Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities and Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities No. 2 and approve additional enrollment on July 9.

According to the Department's plan, from July 12,Public high schools only admit first-choice students.will consider admission for the first time. By July 16, public high schools will only consider admission for the first choice for the second time and on July 31, they will consider admission for the third time.

On July 19, Huynh Thuc Khang, Ha Huy Tap, and Le Viet Thuan High Schools will consider enrolling classes according to the advanced school model following the international integration trend (phase 1) and on July 22, they will approve phase 2.

July 25,Public high schools with second choice admissionThe first round of admission will be held on July 29 and the second round will be held on August 2.

For non-public schools,This year, the first round of admission will be on August 6, the second round will be on August 12, and the third round will be on August 16.

By August 19, public high schools that only enroll students for the first choice will submit the final admission list for approval on the system; on August 21, public high schools that enroll students for the second choice will submit the final admission list for approval, and on August 23, non-public high schools will submit the final admission list for approval.

According to the Department's instructions, this year the admission approval is done online on the system, the opening and closing of the system must be done on schedule. After the time is up, the assigned reviewer or administrator will lock the system to finalize the list of successful applicants.

Outside the above time frame, the Department's system administrator will open upon request of the units to make changes or conduct additional recruitment rounds (if any).

Schools that approve admission first must promptly notify the list of successful applicants and ask parents and students to confirm admission, then finalize the list on the system for schools that consider admission later to conduct the admission review.

For Huynh Thuc Khang, Ha Huy Tap and Le Viet Thuat High Schools, after approving the list of students admitted to the advanced class based on international English and IT proficiency certificates, the school will notify the students to confirm their admission. If the students have confirmed their admission, they will not be eligible for admission based on their first choice and the advanced class based on their exam scores.

Students admitted to advanced classes based on their confirmed admission exam scores will not be eligible for admission based on their first, second, or third choice exam scores.

For non-public high schools, in the case of students who have graduated from junior high school but did not take the 10th grade entrance exam, if they wish to be considered for admission based on their secondary school training and study results (admission based on academic records) but have not registered on the online admission system, the school will organize to receive the application directly. After receiving the application, the school will make a list and enter the data into the software system to carry out the admission process./.
