Provincial Labor Federation works with Dien Chau District Party Committee

At the working session, comrade Pham Duc Cuong - Chairman of Dien Chau District Labor Federation reported on the performance results of Dien Chau District Labor Union in the first quarter of 2022 and key activities to be implemented in 2022, recommending that the Provincial Labor Federation pay attention to the activities and development of the local Fisheries Union.

The Dien Chau District Labor Federation also requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to continue directing Party committees at all levels in the area to implement Resolution 02/NQ-TW dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on innovation of organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation, directing the activities of Workers' Month in 2022, and at the same time continuing to have solutions in building stable labor relations at enterprises in the area.

Speaking at the working session, representatives of the Party building committees of Dien Chau district acknowledged the outstanding results of the district's Trade Union in recent times, such as: Effectively implementing the work of grasping and providing information to the team of trade union reporters; well organizing activities to take care of the material and spiritual needs of union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; being proactive and flexible in directing the activities of the Fisheries Union; having many innovations in organizing propaganda and mobilization activities for union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; effectively participating in resolving labor disputes... Proposing that the trade union organization continue to innovate its activities in the context of the increasing number of union members and workers in enterprises, paying attention to the personnel work of the Dien Chau District Labor Federation in the coming term...

On behalf of the Provincial Federation of Labor, representatives of the specialized committees and Standing members spoke to acknowledge the achieved results; responded to the recommendations and proposals of the Dien Chau District Federation of Labor and requested the Dien Chau District Party Committee to pay attention to some specific contents in directing trade union activities.

Comrade Ha Xuan Quang - Secretary of Dien Chau District Party Committee agreed and accepted the opinions from the Provincial Labor Federation. In the coming time, to make the union activities effective, the District Party Committee will pay attention to attracting investment, directing the implementation of union member development, establishing grassroots unions, developing party members in enterprises; focusing on directing the term Congress of the union, paying attention to the arrangement and assignment of union officials; promoting the implementation of Resolution 02 - NQ/TW of the Politburo. In the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation and Dien Chau District Party Committee need to have solutions to pay attention to union officials in enterprises, train union officials in enterprises, propagate laws to workers in enterprises, inspect and supervise the implementation.benefits for workers, creating a healthy competitive environment for businesses.

Concluding the working session, comrade Kha Van Tam acknowledged and accepted the opinions of delegates attending the working session and requested the Provincial Labor Federation and Dien Chau District Party Committee to continue to have specific solutions indirecting union activities; The Standing Committee of the Dien Chau District Labor Federation receives comments and gives directions so that the activities become more in-depth and clearer; assigns the task to the Dien Chau District Labor Federation to be the pioneer and leader in the trade union activities of Nghe An province./.
