Forest fire broke out again in Dien Chau (Nghe An)
(Baonghean.vn) - A fire broke out in a forest area in Dien Loc commune, Dien Chau district. Authorities were present to control the fire.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department directed 4 Fire Fighting and Rescue Teams in the area to dispatch 5 fire trucks and 40 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene, coordinate with Dien Chau District Police and other functional forces and the people to deploy fire fighting.

Nghe An Border Guard Command also mobilized 20 officers and soldiers of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station to participate in fire fighting.
Hot weather, steep terrain, strong foehn winds, and thick forest cover make firefighting difficult. Currently, forces are cutting down trees, building firebreaks to prevent the fire from spreading, and urgently coordinating firefighting efforts.
Currently, the People's Committee of Dien Chau district has directed forces from neighboring communes to coordinate with local forces in Dien Loc to make efforts to extinguish the fire.
