After the flood, the road to Cha Nga village, My Ly commune (Nghe An) was eroded and completely collapsed into the riverbed. The entire village has been isolated for 3 days. By noon today, July 25, after 2 days of wading through streams and following the landslide slopes, the commune's "4 on-site" force reached Cha Nga village and confirmed that 36/93 houses of the people were swept away by the flood...
