Previously, at 3:10 p.m. on July 9, 2020, at Poom Lau village, Chau Binh commune (Quy Chau), Quy Chau district police discovered suspect Truong Duc Thuan (born in 1989), residing in Dien Xuan commune, Dien Chau district, moving on National Highway 48 from Que Phong to Vinh city with suspicious signs.
The task force immediately arrested Truong Duc Thuan, and as a result discovered and seized evidence including: 6,000 synthetic drug pills, 70 million VND, 01 Exciter motorbike, 1 switchblade knife and a number of related objects.

At the investigation agency, Truong Duc Thuan bowed his head and admitted his guilt. Currently, Quy Chau District Police are continuing to investigate and handle the subject according to the law.
