Small conflict, husband kills wife

On December 3, Ngo Quyen District Police (Hai Phong) announced that they had detained Bui Xuan Sang, 28 years old, temporarily residing at 58, Lane 112, Ngo Quyen Street, May Chai Ward, Ngo Quyen District, for murder.

Previously, at 12:20 on December 2, the May Chai Ward Police, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City received a report that at the above address, a fight had occurred, 1 person was seriously injured.

The ward police immediately arrived at the scene. There, they discovered Ms. Bui Thi H., 26 years old (Sang's wife) injured in the back, lying in a pool of blood.
