Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper directly disseminated the contents of the 4 Resolutions and important contents discussed and decided at the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee.

The focus is on 4 Resolutions No. 18/NQ-TW “Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently”; Resolution No. 19/NQ-TW “On continuing to innovate the organizational and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units”; Resolution No. 20/NQ-TW “On strengthening the work of protecting, caring for and improving people's health in the new situation”; Resolution No. 21/NQ-TW “On population work in the new situation”.

On the basis of clearly stating the reasons for promulgation as well as the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions of each resolution, comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan emphasized a number of specific requirements for the Party Committee, agencies, Trade Unions, and Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper to concretize the content of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII) into the practice of the unit.

Editor-in-Chief Pham Thi Hong Toan emphasized that the unit must continue to implement the autonomy roadmap well; take care to build a team of cadres, reporters, technicians, and editorial staff to meet the requirements of the task.

To do this, Nghe An Newspaper continues to train, foster, and improve the quality of its staff, especially creating opportunities and training environments for young staff to strive, make efforts, and mature; and attracting talented people to work in the editorial office.

Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan also noted that each cadre, reporter, technician, and employee of Nghe An Newspaper, in addition to "absorbing, absorbing" the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII) to develop their own implementation plan; at the same time, it is necessary to associate with the implementation of political tasks to effectively propagate, contributing to bringing the Resolution into life.

After this conference, the Nghe An Newspaper Party Committee requested that Party cells continue to include the topic of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee in the content of activities to continue discussing, specifying the tasks of the Party cells, and developing a plan to propagate the Resolution in accordance with the specific situation of Nghe An, each industry, locality, agency, and unit.

Also this morning, cadres, party members, reporters and staff of Nghe An Newspaper were also trained by comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies to study the 2018 topic "Building the working style and manners of leaders, cadres and party members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".
