In the process of socio-economic development, infrastructure projects, including roads, often have to be adjusted to adapt to changes and new adjustments. This has happened in many places, both urban, rural and mountainous areas,... especially in recent years, the whole country and the whole province have launched a movement to build new rural areas. When carrying out this adjustment, it is necessary to implement the contents in accordance with strict procedures prescribed by law.

The change from the old to the new must definitely be for the common good, above all for the national interest and the people's livelihood, in accordance with the wishes of the majority of people. However, there are cases where the change may not satisfy everyone, and there are times when the change and adjustment affect the interests and wishes of a few people. That is also normal and unavoidable.

With the traffic road section at WHA Industrial Park in Nghi Thuan Commune, Nghi Loc District, before reclaiming the old road section, a replacement road was completed, with a 6.5 meter wide road surface, 1 meter wide sidewalk, made of concrete, with lighting, and trees planted on both sides, ensuring safety and cleanliness. Thus, when the old road was reclaimed, the traffic, travel, and daily activities of the people in the area were ensured to be continuous, convenient, and smooth.

During the project implementation, Nghi Loc District People's Committee and WHA enterprise fully and correctly implemented the site clearance process; cared for and supported the people in Khanh Thien and Binh Thuan hamlets, Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district in terms of policies and regimes, and received the consensus and support of the majority of the local people.

Every citizen needs to see that the adjustment is necessary for the common development of the community, the district, and the province. There needs to be sympathy and sharing with the government and businesses, there cannot be a plan that suits everyone's wishes.
