(Baonghean.vn) - While checking a fish pond, a resident of Keng Du commune, Ky Son district was swept away by floodwaters, but was discovered and rescued in time by local residents and border guards.
At 2:00 p.m. on July 19, Mr. Lu Van Khang (born in 1995, residing in Ba village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district), currently at the house of his wife's parents, Mr. Xeo Pho May, Huoi Le village, Keng Du commune, while checking the family's fish pond after the rain caused by storm No. 3, slipped and fell, and was swept away by floodwaters along Huoi Le stream in Huoi Le village, Keng Du commune for about 300m.
Fortunately, the incident was discovered and rescued in time by local people, and the Keng Du Border Guard Station's medical staff was also present to provide first aid.Currently, the victim is out of danger.
