Young man electrocuted to death while making a fence
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 11, information from Mr. Bui Xuan Linh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district (Nghe An) said that an electric shock incident had just occurred in the commune, causing a young man to die on the spot.
Accordingly, at around 8:00 a.m. on May 11, while helping a welder build a fence for his family, the young man was unfortunately electrocuted by an underground power source in an exposed wall and died on the spot.

The victim was Mr. Tran Van T. (born in 1993), residing in Tan Ha village, Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district.
According to many nearby residents, after Mr. T. was electrocuted, he received first aid from his family members and villagers but did not survive.
Upon receiving the news, Vo Liet Commune Police arrived at the scene and reported the incident to superiors for resolution.
