According to information from the People's Committee of Nam Thanh commune (Nam Dan), a drowning accident recently occurred in the area, causing the death of a 5th grade student.
Accordingly, at around 1:00 p.m. on May 28, in Nam Thanh commune, there was a power outage. On hot weather, NBT, a 5th grade student at Nam Thanh Primary School, and two nephews (her sister's children) the same age as T went down to the family pond 200 meters from home to bathe.
