ND Hoang Mai becomes former champion, Yen Thanh and Nghi Loc enter semi-finals
(Baonghean.vn) - The next opponent of NĐ Yên Thành in the journey to conquer the championship this year is NĐ Thái Hòa. NĐ Nghi Lộc will face the defending champion Hoàng Mai. As expected, Yên Thành and Nghi Lộc have affirmed their strength.

In the first quarter-final match, ND Yen Thanh showed their attacking power in the 2nd minute. Vuong Van Dung fired a long-range shot to open the score. In the 4th minute, Hoang Minh Hoi, after a delicate move, flicked the ball with the outside of his left foot to raise the score to 2-0.
Just one minute later, Vuong Quoc Dung raised the score to 3-0 for ND Yen Thanh after a counterattack. By the 7th minute, the score was 4-0 for ND Yen Thanh. Before the end of the first half, captain Le Nhat Anh shortened the score to 1-4 for ND Thai Hoa with a technical free kick.

In the second half, the drama of the match increased when ND Thai Hoa reduced the score to 2-4 by Nguyen Xuan Truong right on the home field. However, the remaining two goals by Vuong Quoc Dung and Vuong Van Tung extinguished all hopes of the opponent.
Winning 6-2 overall, NĐ Yên Thành secured a ticket to the semi-finals. NĐ Yên Thành's opponent is the winner of the match between NĐ Quỳnh Lưu and NĐ Nam Đàn.

The second quarter-final match between Nghi Loc FC and Hoang Mai was much more evenly matched. The blue team took a 1-0 lead over defending champion Hoang Mai from Le Cong Vinh's early goal in the 5th minute. Despite their best efforts in the rest of the first half, Hoang Mai FC could not equalize.

In the second half, the final shots of ND Hoang Mai all hit the crossbar, the post or were blocked by goalkeeper Phan Dinh Anh Duc of ND Nghi Loc. Despite the continuous attacks, the finishing moves of the white team were hasty and indecisive.
ND Nghi Loc was the team with less attacks but showed effectiveness in counter-attacks. Coach Le Trung Hieu's students had 2 more goals by Tran Cong Dat and Nguyen Cong Duy, thereby convincingly setting the score at 3-0.
This result brought Nghi Loc FC the second ticket to the semi-finals. Nghi Loc FC's opponent is the winner of the quarter-final match between Tan Ky FC and Do Luong FC./.
