Mr. Le The Hieu, Head of the Department of Agriculture of Dien Chau district, said: Due to the recent storms, the entire Dien Chau district had 130 hectares of rice broken, concentrated in the communes of Dien Dong, Dien Thai, Dien Nguyen... The district directed the communes to mobilize forces to clear the flow, drain water in the rice fields, not let the fields be soaked in water, to limit rice germination. Take advantage of the dry weather to simultaneously harvest spring rice.
