Nghe An: 3 primary school students tragically drowned

Before that, although it was quite late in the afternoon but the children had not returned, their families went looking for them. By the time they found them, all three children were dead.

It is known that of the three students who drowned, Dang Thi Ng. (student of class 4B) and Dang Thi N. (student of class 1B) are sisters. The remaining case is Dinh Thi Dieu L. (student of class 1A).

Discussing further on this issue, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training said: This afternoon (Wednesday), all primary schools in Anh Son district are closed as usual for teachers to attend professional activities. However, immediately after receiving the information, the Department directed the Department of Education and Training together with the Board of Directors of Vinh Son Primary and Secondary School to urgently work with the families to search for and arrange funerals for the children.

In addition, promptly encourage parents and students throughout the school to avoid confusion and anxiety. At the same time, continue to remind parents, students and schools to pay special attention to the safety of children inside and outside the school, especially during the upcoming rainy and stormy season, which poses many potential dangers./.
