Nghe An: Quarantine female worker returning from Bac Ninh, activate rapid response team to trace Covid-19 epidemic
(Baonghean.vn) - A female worker returning from Bac Ninh province declared herself as F1 when her friend was confirmed to have Covid-19.
On the morning of May 31, Mr. Ho Sy Duong - Director of Hoang Mai Town Medical Center said that the locality had just activated the Rapid Response Team and assigned the tracing team to conduct an epidemiological investigation, trace close contacts to conduct quarantine and take samples for testing after an F1 case returned from Bac Ninh.
This person has been quarantined at the Quynh Lap Commune Health Station. The health agency has also sprayed disinfectants at the family of the F1 case and the confirmed F2 cases.

According to Mr. Duong, this case is a woman who used to work as a worker in Bac Ninh province. Because her older sister was involved in the outbreak at K Hospital, Tan Trieu facility, in early May, she was taken to a centralized quarantine facility by authorities in Bac Ninh.
On May 19, after the quarantine period ended, she returned to her hometown in Quynh Lap commune and was again placed under home quarantine by the local authorities. On the afternoon of May 30, she received information that a friend who had been in close contact with her while in Bac Ninh had contracted Covid-19. This person then reported to the local authorities.
Quynh Lap is the commune that recorded the first positive case in the community in Nghe An. The commune then had 5 villages locked down from May 7 to May 21. To date, this patient has been discharged from the hospital, all of the patient's more than 100 F1s have also tested negative multiple times and completed their centralized quarantine period.
