According to local people, at 4:30 pm this October 3, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung (51 years old) in hamlet 10, Thanh Duong commune was driving a buffalo cart on the way home. While walking in the middle of Lam river, an old cotton tree broke its root and fell on her, causing her death on the spot, the buffalo cart was damaged and the buffalo had 2 broken legs.
