Nghe An: 3-year-old child tragically dies under truck wheels
(Baonghean.vn) - A truck carrying materials was driving down a village road when it collided with a 3-year-old child. The accident in Quang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district resulted in the tragic death of the victim.
Accordingly, at around 10:00 a.m. on January 21, a truck with license plate 29C-064.66 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling from Dong Thanh commune to Quang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.

While traveling to the intersection in Hong Nam hamlet, Quang Thanh commune, he collided with Tran Quoc A. (3 years old), residing in Hong Nam hamlet.
The strong collision caused A. to fall onto the road, the wheel ran over him, causing him to die on the spot. After the accident, the driver fled the scene, leaving the car behind.
Upon receiving the news, Quang Thanh Commune Police were present to protect the scene and reported the incident to Yen Thanh District Police for resolution.
It is known that this road runs into the village, the people have built abutments to limit the entry of overloaded vehicles, but the vehicle owners deliberately destroy them to circulate. Every day, overloaded vehicles carrying materials still run without being handled by the authorities.
Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
