Nghe An has a new Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 5, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An province.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and a number of departments and branches of the province.

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Le Dinh Ly - Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 4889/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2019 on the transfer and appointment of cadres and civil servants, accordingly transferring and appointing for a term of 5 years Mr. Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An province.
In the past time, in his position as Secretary of the Yen Thanh District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Van De has promoted the spirit of exemplary, solidarity, and collaboration, excellently completing his tasks, notably working with the Party Committee and people of Yen Thanh district to successfully complete the goal of building a new rural district.

From December 1993 to July 2009:Working at Nghe An Irrigation Construction Company 3. Held the following positions: Head of Construction Site Command; Construction Team Leader; Deputy Director; Company Director.
From July 2009 to December 2012:Head of Agricultural Project Management Board, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An.
From December 2012 to February 2016:Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Since October 2015, he has been a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
From February 2016 to June 2016:Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Yen Thanh District Party Committee, Nghe An Province.
From July 2016 to November 2019:Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Delegate of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province.
