(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial Police had to mobilize a maximum number of units, and at the same time had to increase forces from neighboring districts to ensure absolute security and order before, during and after the semi-final match between the Vietnam Olympic team and the Korean Olympic team.

On the afternoon of August 29, Major Nguyen Van Dao - Deputy Head of the Staff Department (PV11, Nghe An Provincial Police), said that the provincial police have just had a plan to ensure order before, during and after the ASIAD semi-final match between the Vietnam Olympic team and the Korean Olympic team. This match will take place at 4:00 p.m. on August 29.

"The provincial police have dispatched 500 police officers to ensure order before, during and after the football match this afternoon. The main task is to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and avoid congestion and illegal racing," said a spokesman for Nghe An Provincial Police, adding that the provincial police will deploy nearly 50 working groups to direct traffic, focusing on the Ho Chi Minh Square area.

In addition to key units such as Vinh City Police, Security and Mobile Police Department, Traffic Police Department... having to mobilize maximum forces, Nghe An Provincial Police also sent many officers and soldiers from Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc District Police to Vinh City to perform their duties. This force is directly commanded by Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.

In addition, this team also has the coordination of many forces of Vinh City People's Committee, especially the civil defense.
