Mr. Pham Van Thanh - an agricultural officer of Hung Dong commune said: Learning from the previous flood, we have encouraged people to remove nets and tarpaulins to avoid damage. According to preliminary statistics, up to 70% of vegetable areas are flooded, the rest is located on high ground, so damage is limited.
