(Baonghean.vn) - The inspection of compliance with discipline and administrative order aims to create order and effect for agencies, localities, and units, raising awareness and responsibility in performing public duties of cadres and civil servants in the province.
On the morning of February 4, the provincial disciplinary and administrative inspection team led by Mr. Le Dinh Ly - Director of the Department of Home Affairs, conducted surprise inspections at a number of agencies and units.
The team made a surprise inspection at the Emulation and Reward Committee, the Religious Committee, and the Department of Records and Archives (under the Department of Home Affairs). The inspection showed that the units strictly followed working hours and office culture.

According to the report of the leaders of the units right after the Lunar New Year holiday, the units urgently focused on continuing to deploy the work, not allowing delays to affect professional activities. Strictly follow the regulations and use working time effectively, do not use working time for personal work or going to festivals.
At the same time, from the beginning of the year, units issue plans and work programs for the week and month. The implementation of assigned tasks by cadres, civil servants and public employees ensures the prescribed time.
Head of the Religious Affairs Department Luu Cong Vinh said that the implementation of discipline and administrative discipline is a regular task. The unit has issued the unit's working regulations, including the content on public ethics requiring cadres and civil servants to strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline. In implementing the regulations on setting an example and implementing Directive 05 on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, cadres and civil servants of the unit have all included this content in their registration to follow.

Checking compliance with working hours at the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs at 9:30 a.m., the provincial inspection team noted that basically all cadres and civil servants were present with a sense of concentration at work. In 2 specialized departments, 2 people were absent and after direct inspection and verification, they all had reasons.
“Right from the beginning of the year, the Department has issued documents, thoroughly instructing specialized departments and affiliated units to urgently focus on solving and handling work right in the working days after Tet to ensure quality and progress.
In particular, at a time when the focus is on preventing and avoiding the spread of the Corona virus, the Department requires the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of localities to review and grasp the fluctuations in the number of workers, especially workers returning from China.
At the beginning of the new year, the number of workers coming to work at job service centers is large to prevent the Corona virus, the Department requires units to remind people to wear masks and prepare spare masks to distribute to them for free" - Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Doan Hong Vu said.

Coming to inspect the Department of Planning and Investment, at the Department's Reception and Results Department, right from the first working days of the year, people and businesses came to transact administrative procedures, the staff of the one-stop department strictly implemented the regime of being on duty, receiving, resolving and returning results to organizations, citizens and businesses.
From January 1 to February 4, the Department's Reception Department received 1,156 applications, processed 1,113 applications on time and before the deadline, no applications were processed late and 45 applications are in the process of being processed.
The leader of the Department of Planning and Investment said that on the first working day of the year, the Department held a meeting to assess the situation before, during and after the Lunar New Year. At the same time, it directed the staff and civil servants of the unit to strictly comply with working hours and office culture. At the same time, the Department is focusing on implementing key tasks, preparing the contents of the Provincial People's Committee meeting, focusing on completing the consultation on the draft political report to submit to the 19th Provincial Party Congress on socio-economic issues; reviewing the planning work, implementing decisions on assigning public investment and basic construction plans in 2020; preparing well the conditions to organize the congresses of Party cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Planning and Investment to ensure the regulations and progress assigned by the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.
