Accordingly, from 06:00 on June 14, 2021, citizens arriving or returning from Ha Tinh City and areas of Ha Tinh province that are implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, will have to be quarantined for at least 21 days from the date of leaving the isolated and locked-down areas, and tested at least 3 times as prescribed.

Citizens coming to or returning from other localities in Ha Tinh province must make a health declaration at the nearest medical facility and self-monitor their health for 14 days. If there are signs of fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, chills, loss of taste, immediately go to a medical facility for timely management instructions according to regulations.

Temporarily suspend the operation of private medical facilities under the management of Nghe An Provincial Department of Health in Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc districts, Cua Lo town and Vinh city from 06:00 on June 14, 2021 until further notice.
