Nghe An: A department head was found dead at his home.
(Baonghean.vn) - The victim is the Head of the Appraisal Department of the Land Use Rights Registration Office, Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
On the evening of April 22, Ha Huy Tap Ward Police were still coordinating with Vinh City Police to block off the scene and investigate the case of a man who died at his home.
Initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. on April 22, relatives went to the 3rd floor of house 34, lane 161, Phung Chi Kien street, Ha Huy Tap ward and discovered that Mr. TKQ (born in 1977) had died by hanging.
The incident was reported to the authorities. Upon receiving the information, Ha Huy Tap Ward Police and Vinh City Police were present to investigate the cause of the incident.
It is known that the victim Q. is the Head of the Appraisal Department of the Land Use Rights Registration Office, Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghe An.

It is known that Mr. Q. has a wife and two small children. According to local people, the victim attempted suicide a day ago but failed.
